We can help by:
-
Coordinating foundations, steel supply, and erection
-
Scheduling, overseeing electrical, heating, and plumbing
-
Aligning interior finishes with your intended use (gym, shop, storage)
-
Managing inspections, deficiencies, and close-out
On many residential and hobby projects, there are still multiple moving pieces: site preparation, concrete, steel erection, electrical, heating, and sometimes plumbing or interior finishes.
Bellcore Can Help

For more involved builds, our role can look like this
Pre-construction planning and budgeting
Coordinate steel suppliers and erectors
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subtrades
Coordinating designers and engineers
Concrete and sitework crews
Inspections, deficiencies, and close-out
For smaller, simpler projects, our role can be scaled down to focus on the essentials.
Our Residential Process

Conversation & Rough Plan
01
We start by understanding what you want the building to do: vehicles, toys, projects, gym, storage—or a mix. From there, we talk about size, height, doors, and your budget comfort zone.
Layout & Options
02
We help plan door locations, window placement, internal clearance, and potential future changes. At this stage, we identify which areas should be fully finished, simply insulated, or left more basic.
Design, Engineering, & Permits
03
We coordinate with designers and engineers (if required) to ensure the building and foundations meet local requirements. We support you through what’s needed for permits without overcomplicating the process.
Construction & Coordination
04
Bellcore manages excavation, foundations, steel erection, and any interior or service work required. We coordinate the trades and schedule so the project moves in a logical sequence.
Complete & Enjoy
05
We walk the project with you, address deficiencies, and complete a successful handoff of the finished product for you and the family to enjoy.
Why Steel
FLEXIBLE
No interior columns and flexible heights make it easier to park vehicles, use hoists, or set up a full gym.
DURABLE
Steel holds up to harsh weather, kids, and sport equipment with no maintenance required.
EXPANDABLE
Pre-engineered structures can be extended in the future if you need more space.
FAST
Pre-engineered systems allow faster assembly and interior work compared to conventional builds.
Bellcore helps you capture these benefits while making sure the interior layout, utilities, and finishes are planned around how you actually live.
Building Advantage
Building Package + Interiors Together
We plan the structure and the interior as one project so you don’t end up with surprises between the building shell and the fit-out.
Northern Ontario Focus
Our projects are built around rugged weather considerations and solutions that keep maintenance costs low.
Transparent Proposals
We use clearly defined allowances and exclusions so you know what is included in your project before we start.
Hands-On General Contracting
We coordinate the steel erector and all subtrades so you’re not stuck managing everyone yourself.
We combine GC oversight with self-performing construction, so the same company coordinating your project is also responsible for a large part of the work.
