One Contractor. Start to Finish.
Rural projects often involve a mix of building work, services, and site conditions that need coordination. Bellcore acts as your general contractor, managing:
Pre-construction planning and budgeting
Steel suppliers and erectors
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subtrades where required
Coordination with designers and engineers
Concrete, sitework, and scheduling
Inspections, deficiencies, and final close-out
You deal with one contractor who understands both the building and the rural realities on your property.
Our Agri & Rural Process

Discovery Call & Operational Needs
01
We start by talking through your operation: what you’re storing, housing, or working on; your equipment sizes; animal requirements; and your site. From there, we outline rough size ranges, placement ideas, and budget expectations.
Concept & Pre-construction
02
We help you think through building orientation, door locations, height, interior zones (shop, storage, livestock, arena), and how the building fits your yard. At this stage, we coordinate with designers/engineers and build a preliminary scope and cost breakdown.
Permits, Engineering, Procurement
03
We support you in getting the drawings and information needed for permits (where applicable), align with the steel building supplier, and line up the key trades. This helps reduce delays once ground is ready to be broken.
Construction & Coordination
04
Bellcore manages the sequence of excavation, foundations, steel erection, rough-ins, interior work (where included), and site finishing. We coordinate trades and inspections while you focus on running your farm or property.
Turnover & Closeout
05
We walk the building with you, address deficiencies, and complete handover—so you can start parking equipment, storing feed, or moving animals in.
Why Steel
FLEXIBLE
Steel structures give you open floor plans that can adapt as your business grows or changes.
DURABLE
Steel handles Canadian weather, snow loads, and temperature swings with minimal upkeep.
EXPANDABLE
Pre-engineered structures can be extended in the future if you need more space.
FAST
Pre-engineered systems allow faster assembly and interior work compared to conventional builds.
Bellcore helps you capture these benefits while making sure the slab, services, and layout match how you actually happens in your building day-to-day.
Building Advantage
Building Package + Interiors Together
We plan the structure and the interior as one project so you don’t end up with surprises between the building shell and the fit-out.
Northern Ontario Focus
Our projects are built around rugged weather considerations and solutions that keep maintenance costs low.
Transparent Proposals
We use clearly defined allowances and exclusions so you know what is included in your contract before we start.
Hands-On General Contracting
We coordinate the steel erector and all subtrades so you’re not stuck managing everyone yourself.
We combine GC oversight with self-performing construction, so the same company coordinating your project is also responsible for a large part of the work on site.
