Bellcore Group is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our construction team across multiple roles. We are a design-build and general contracting firm specializing in commercial, industrial, agricultural, and remote construction projects throughout Northern Ontario and across Ontario. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to contribute to structured project delivery.
Role Description:
Project Managers oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor coordination are managed effectively. This role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to maintain project control from early planning through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project milestones
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Identify risks and resolve project issues as they arise
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met
Requirements:
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or construction projects between $2M-$10M
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules and multiple project tasks
• Proficiency with construction drawings and documentation
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
Salary Expectations:
Range starting from $65,000 - $90,000+ depending on experience.
