Discovery Call

We start with a conversation about your business, site, and building size. From there, we establish a realistic budget range and timeline for your project.
Concept & Pre-construction

We help align the steel building system with your interior layout: main floor space, washrooms, mechanical rooms, storage, and any mezzanine or specialty areas. At this stage, we coordinate with your designer/engineer and develop a preliminary scope and cost breakdown.
Permits, Engineering, Procurement

We support you in gathering what’s required for permits, coordinate with the our suppliers, and line up key trades. This reduces delays once permits are issued and construction begins.
Construction & Coordination

Bellcore manages the schedule, inspections, and sequencing of concrete, steel erection, interior framing, trades, and finishes—keeping you updated with clear milestones.
